Velma M. (Caspers) Lovelady, age 86 of Kansas City and Johnson, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at St. Luke’s North Hospital in Kansas City.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Alan and Charlotte Lovelady of Houston, TX; grandchildren David, Daniel, and Christine; sister Alice Caspers of Kansas City; other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be Tuesday, December 20, 1:00 p.m., at St. Paul Lutheran (Hickory Grove) Church near Auburn. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home in Auburn Monday noon to 8:00 p.m.
Services are entrusted to Hemmingsen Funeral Home of Auburn.
