Theodore V. Halsey, Jr., age 93 of rural Auburn, passed away at his home Sunday, December 26, 2010. He was born December 29, 1916 in San Francisco, CA.
Survivors include his wife Helen of rural Auburn; children Edith and husband Harold Bickford of Auburn; John Halsey of Brentwood, CA; Kenneth and wife Julie Halsey of Wayne, NE; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 29, 11:00 a.m. at the Peru Community Church in Peru. Burial will be at Sheridan West Cemetery near Auburn. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to the Peru Community Church, Tecumseh Lutheran Community Church, American Lung Association, or Guide Dogs for the Blind.
