Raymond W. Broady, age 90 of Tecumseh, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Belle Terrace in Tecumseh. He was born June 21, 1919 at Johnson, Nebraska.
Survivors include daughters Pat and husband Eldon Oestmann of Morton, IL, Deanne and husband Ray Cochran of Lincoln, Jane and husband Leroy Meyer of Johnson, Jan Lyon of Lincoln; son-in-law Ron Wilson of Topock, AZ; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; cousin Marjorie Rathbone of Tecumseh; other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be Friday, December 4, 10:30 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church near Johnson. Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Johnson from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 to 8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6 to 8 on Thursday.
