Phyllis Myers, age 71 of Auburn, passed away Monday, November 3, 2008 at the Nebraska Heart Hospital in Lincoln. She was born January 30, 1937 in White Cloud, KS.
Survivors include her husband Edwin of Auburn; children Lahala and husband Bob Phelps of Bonney Lake, WA; Tom and wife Karen Myers of Eden Prairie, MN; David Myers of Auburn; Edwin A. and wife Sun Myers of Auburn; Michael and wife Deb Myers of Lincoln; Susan and husband Troy Donnelly of Auburn; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters Sherry Warrick of Omaha; Kay and husband Paul Fish of Brownville; Lou and husband John Solie of Stillwater, OK; brother Martin and wife Allison Hayes of Brownville; sisters-in-law Erma Myers of Brownville; Pauline Ballue of Brownville; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 7, 11:00 a.m. at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home Chapel in Auburn. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Brownville. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:30 to 8:00.
Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to the Auburn Rescue Squad, American Diabetes Association, or American Heart Association.
