June L. Skillett, age 92 of Nebraska City (formerly of Stella), passed away Sunday, January 6, 2008 at Duff?s Friendship Villa in Nebraska City. She was born June 24, 1915 in rural Nemaha County, NE.
Survivors include 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 10, 10:30 a.m. at the Prairie Union Baptist Church near Shubert. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials suggested to Duff?s Friendship Villa.
