Jessica Lee (Allen) Kish, daughter of Frederick E. and Joyce A. (Stewart) Allen, was born September 9, 1985 in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended school in Brownville, Nebraska through third grade, when she transferred to Auburn Public Schools, graduating from high school in 2004.
A big part of Jessica’s life was being blessed with two sons: Derex and Jacob. They were her pride and joy, and she loved them very much. Although her health would not always allow it, she tried to attend their activities as much as possible.
Jessica enjoyed going to garage sales and shopping in thrift stores, and spent time reading when she could.
On the night of Saturday, March 17, 2018, while staying at her mother’s home, Jessica passed away unexpectedly at the too young age of 32 years, 5 months, and 8 days. Her father, grandmother Eleanor Allen, grandfather Rollie Stewart, and aunt Carol preceded her in death.
Jessica is survived by her sons Derex and Jacob Kish, both of Stella; mother and step-father Joyce (Stewart) Dean and Dave Dean of Brownville; parents-in-law Raylene and Jack Dunn of Stella; step-brothers James and Jacob Dean, both of Lincoln; half-sisters Michelle (Jerome) Keithley of Falls City; Victoria Gill of Aurora, CO; grandma Joyce Stewart; aunts Vicki Stewart and Shirley Sweetland; cousin Rollie Stewart; other relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering, with all family members present, will be Saturday, March 24, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Brownville Town Hall. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, 4:00 p.m., at T.J.’s Tavern in Brownville.
Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to family choice.
