Harold W. Johnson, age 100 of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, January 01, 2008 at the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn. He was born March 5, 2007 near Dawson, NE. Harold was a longtime educator in Nebraska.
Survivors include his daughters Ruth and husband Marvin Gerdes of Auburn; Janice Moen of Vancouver, WA; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; nephew Dr. Irving Johnson; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 5, 10:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Auburn. Burial will follow in Maple Cemetery at Salem, NE. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorials suggested to the church or the Peru State College Foundation.
